Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Meddesk marketing website at meddesk.cc - how we handle information from visitors, and from anyone who contacts us or requests a demo. It does not cover patient data processed within the Meddesk platform itself by a practice using Meddesk; that processing is governed by our agreement directly with that practice, who remains the data controller for their patients' records.

Information we collect

• Contact and demo requests: name, email address, practice or organization name, practice type, and anything you write in the message field.
• Site analytics: aggregated, privacy-preserving usage analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) collected via Vercel Analytics. We do not use this to individually identify visitors.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or schedule a demo
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, and improve them
• To send you information you've specifically asked for

We do not sell visitor or contact data, to anyone, ever.

Third parties we use

• Resend - delivers contact and demo-request form submissions to our team by email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile- where enabled, verifies form submissions aren't automated.
• Vercel - hosts this website and provides aggregated analytics.

Data retention

We keep contact and demo-request submissions for as long as reasonably useful for following up with you, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time - email hello@meddesk.cc.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
